Do you possess the skill, the insight, the perceptive capabilities to crack
the movie picture code? Below you'll find the names of three films, though don't be surprised if they are not in the form you would imagine. Nope, they are masked by a sequence of pictures whose representations may define, imply, or merely phonetically resemble the title they are meant to create. Your job is to crack the code. To uncover the name, and boast about your superior astute capabilities.
Need and example? No worries, here's an easy prepackaged one for you to digest.
Dollar Bill + Clint Howard + On Switch = Bill Clinton. Easy enough, right? OK, so it's not really movie related, but you get the idea (besides, if I used up the movie ones on examples then I'd run out!).
Let's Begin!

OUTSIDE THE BOX CHALLENGE:
So how many did you get? Leave your answers in the comments section!

I love these kinds of games.
Sadly...I can't come up with a single one.
Here's what I have. ;)
1. Squirrel Beer Comb Bat
2. Fans Harry Met Road
3. uhh....yeah.
One thing that might help: if when I clicked on the image strips, it took me to a larger version of them. Some of these things are a might hard to see.
Still - love it.
1. Mortal Combat
2. When Harry Met Sally
3. No idea.
-Jason
@Dylan I had thought of that just when I finished doing the third one - so I will starting next week! Maybe looking at Jason's answer will help you get a feel for the game.
@Jason Way to go on #1 and #2!
Number 3 and the Out of the Box challenge still up for grabs!
Is the challenge "Home Alone"?
-Jason
As you see, I got the "Combat" and the "Harry Met," but I couldn't reconcile the rest of the images to equal those movies. I guess I can see some of it now, but I still can't figure out how squirrel beer = mortal.
Good thinking on the challenge one, Jason.
@Jason Nope, keep trying.
@Dylan The 'Squirrel' is a Lemur named Mort from Madagascar and the pitcher of Beer is Ale so Mort + Ale = Mortal :). In each one I tried to blend some gimmies with some more out there ones. The 3rd one is a bit more on the out there side. The Outside the Box one isn't so much complicated as it is a spin on the obvious.
Ah...I would have never gotten Mort in a million years.
Challenge: The Last House on the Left?
3rd: Terms of Endearment?
@ Sebastian - that's all I could come up with based on the "N dear," but the rest of it made no sense to me. :\
@Dylan I kind of wish it was, but sorry - it's not that :\
@Sebastian Nope, good try though.
Alright, I'll toss out a couple of hints since nobody has guessed the final 2 yet.
For #3: The 3rd, 4th, and 5th images make up 1 word.
For #4: You need to go beyond the English language.
Challenge: Casablanca!
-Jason
Master and Commander: The Far Side of the World!
-Jason
And there's Jason for the clean sweep!
2) When Harry Met Sally?
You clever son of a bitch.
This is an awesome idea. Wish I had seen this earlier.
Still don't get Master and Commander.
@Simon Clever is as clever does. I don't know what that means but I figured since clever had been used and not cleaver, I might as well just go with the flow.
@Red Feel free to take part next week! Though I may scale it back some since this was more of a coming out party for it. Anywho, allow me to explain:
1st photo = Mast of a ship.
2nd photo = Errand
Mast + Errand = Master And
3nd photo = Comma
4th photo = N
5th photo = Deer
Comma + N + Deer = Commander
6th photo = Far Side comic strip
7th photo = the World
Put it all together and you get: Master and Commander: Far Side of the World (sorry I couldn't think of anything for 'of' or 'the').
