127 Hours: Oh James Franco, why did you not don the Marilyn Monroe costume for this? You would have won! Instant Oscar! That's all you needed. Drag + Arm Removal = Instant Win. Not exactly a proven formula, but I'd be willing to place a bet on that. Darn you Firth, once again proven that singing ABBA is just a gateway drug to Oscar freedom. Paging Stellen Skarsgard, you're next.
Love & Other Drugs: Rohypnol? Yes, that's a horrible thing to associate with the word Love, but they're not being specific and I'm just trying to eliminate all possibilities. I could have gone with chloroform, but then half the world has stolen that joke, so I went a bit edgier. Call me crazy, but I think edgy is exactly what this world needs. Too much Oblate Spheroid going on - zing! Nerd joke alter (that's right, I'm a nerd - suck it PHD boy!)
Burlesque: No. Just no. Please, stay away. I said no! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
Faster: Back so soon? Sorry the whole 'rawr! vroom vroom go boom boom!' didn't work out. Sorry, Rock, people will never accept you as a bad-ass. Whip out the wings, throw on a football costume, adopt a girl, and just accept your fate as another tough guy turned family film. No worried, Arnie did it... granted he had Predator and two Terminators under his belt. You? Well... the Rundown was OK. Good luck with that.

This week is a gimme. Makin' a trip to the store to buy my favorite film of 2010.
Definitely checking out Faster, it's on its way from Netflix! Probably will give Love and Other Drugs a shot too even though it got terrible reviews... Can't be that bad right? :S

Bambi makes me happy. And then it makes me sad.
LOL. I actually had a lot of fun with 'Faster' to the point that I picked it up this morning! I also bought 'Bambi' because, well, it's 'Bambi.'
@Mad I'm curious as to how well it will play on a home viewing.
